Boat Trips

There are some surf spots in the area only available by boat. This is one of the best ways to surf uncrowded waves.

About the waves: 

Lances Left (El Peñon): Enjoy one of the longest rides in Nicaragua, lances is a very long left pointbreak, it breaks in front of a massive cliff onshore known as El Peñon, protecting it from the wind. This wave is a must if you are visiting the area, it is very consistent and super fun for all levels of surfers. 

Playground: One of the most ripple waves in Nicaragua, the left is the longer wave, but it works in both directions. Best on south swells. 

Chacocente: This wave is a multi-peak beach break Very rippable with barreling rights and lefts. Open part of the year as this is a large nesting area for a variety of sea turtles.

Description of the trip: 

We’ll visit one or two surf spots, depending on the tides we’ll decide which spot first. Prepare yourself to surf for a couple of hours, make sure to bring sunblock, and food if you want although we’ll be providing snacks. The boat stays on the spot the whole time so you can take breaks whenever you want. 

*Boat trips last between 3 to 5 hours. 

*Boat trips will be organized according to the weather conditions and level of surf. (Intermediate or advanced) 

* 6 Person Maximum 

* 4 Person Minimum 

Includes:

• Transportation from La Aventura to the boat, and back. 

• Surf Guide 

• Healthy snacks & water

Include a Ceviche made on the boat with the fresh catch of the day together with kombucha or local beer as the beverage.
